StatLab Spaces

The StatLab manages two computer lab spaces. These lab spaces are available for walk-in pubilc-use and scheduled private-use by specific groups, courses, or labs. These lab spaces are also our primary location for StatLab workshop instruction.

Please note that the Kline Biology Tower C27 (CSSSI) - StatLab Classroom will not be accepting any new reservations during the summer due to noise and vibration from adjacent renovations and construction.



Kline Biology Tower C27 - StatLab Classroom

The StatLab manages a large computer classroom/lab located in the CSSSI, Kline Biology Tower, Room C27 (219 Prospect St).

The classroom features:

  • 30 student workstations
  • 1 instructor workstation with annotation
  • dual projection
  • 3 digital displays
  • a full suite of audio/visual equipment
Primary use of the facility is for public computing, courses using computers during their scheduled class sessions, and workshops. Note that this room is only accessible when the CSSSI library is open.

Rosenkranz 01 - StatLab Classroom

The StatLab manages a small computer classroom/lab located in the Political Science building, Rosenkranz Hall, Room 01 (115 Prospect St).

The classroom features:

  • 13 student workstations
  • 1 instructor workstation with annotation
  • dual projection
  • a digital display
  • a large group study seminar table
  • a full suite of audio/visual equipment
Primary use of the facility is for courses using computers during their scheduled class sessions. Priority is given to Political Science classes. Note that the building is closed on evenings and weekends.
