STATA Purchase Information

Yale affiliates (students, faculty, and staff) can purchase STATA and Stat/Transfer at academic prices and pick up the software and manuals at the StatLab office.

To purchase Stata and Stat/Transfer: Contact STATA directly by fax, phone, email, or regular mail. The web address is http://www.stata.com/order/new/edu/gradplans/gp-campus.html. Tell them your affiliation with Yale, place your order and give them your charging information.
The software and manuals are then picked up at the Social Science Statistical Laboratory (StatLab) at 140 Prospect Street, room 100.

Contact Information to place an order:

Stata 11 is currently shipping. If the items are in stock, orders should be ready after one business day. Otherwise, they can be picked up as soon as the order arrives at the Statlab. STATA accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Purchase Orders. Checks that accompany mailed orders are also accepted. The StatLab can not and will not take any orders for Stata directly.
